Spicy Chickpea Chips
Ingredients for Spicy Chickpea Chips Recipe
- 1 cup boiled chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of powdered ginger
- A pinch of dried mint, thyme, chili pepper
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients.
- Let the spices absorb well into the chickpeas.
- Spread the chickpeas on the baking tray on which you have baking paper. Be careful not to overlap.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, by stirring occasionally.
