  • Finally add the salt.
  • Let's let our rice cook on high heat first with the lid closed. Let's take it to a low fire when there are eye-spottes on it, that is, when the water is drawn on it and there are dotted holes on the rice.
  • Let the rice cook until it is soft and the water is completely absorbed.
  • After taking our cooked rice from the stove, let's put a towel on it and close the lid again.
  • Let the rice rest for 10-15 minutes.
