This clarification text has been prepared by BaşhanTarımsal Ürünleri Pazarlama Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret Anonim Şirketi as the data controller, within the scope of the 10th article of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Complied with in Fulfilling the Obligation of Clarification.
For persons who fill in the contact form of our company at www.kivambakliyat.com.tr name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, message subject and content are recorded. These personal data recorded, is processed automatically for the purpose of meeting requests and complaints, carrying out communication activities, and based on the legal reason "It is mandatory to process data for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject" in the 5th article of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data.Only a limited number of Company employees have access to the informations recorded and maintained electronically, and these employees declare that they will protect the confidentiality of the accessed data with a confidentiality agreement.
